Care360 Lab Orders and Results

Quest Diagnostics has transformed test ordering and results reporting with its innovative Internet-enabled system, Care360. Available in two versions, Care360 Lab Orders and Results offers flexible solutions based on client capabilities and needs:

• A "Real-Time" version, for clients with access to a high-speed Internet connection. Clients using the Real-Time version enjoy access to immediate updates and information exchange through the Internet.
• A "Batch Mode" version, for clients who need the ability to work "off-line." This solution works well for clients in geographic areas that do not support a high-speed Internet connection. Information updates, including new test orders and results are exchanged at scheduled intervals, instead of immediately. Archived information, such as previous lab orders and results can also be accessed through any computer that has an Internet connection.

With Care360 Lab Orders and Results you can:

• Order lab tests and/or receive results electronically right through your computer(s). Simultaneous user access through networked PCs is also supported.
• Access patient and test information anytime, anywhere, from any computer with an Internet connection.
• Use customizable screens when placing standing orders or submitting requisitions for frequently ordered tests.
• Utilize advanced reporting features, such as cumulative graphing and the ability to retrieve and print test results by patient, date, test, or abnormal result.
• Access our current Directory of Services, and ICD and CPT codes.
• Protect patient information and adhere to privacy regulations. Care360 Lab Orders and Results meets all proposed Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects patient information with 128-bit encryption and the services of Verisign™, an industry leader in system security verification
