Financial assistance and support programs

Information for patients

Our team can walk you through the insurance process. If your out-of-pocket cost is greater than $100 for BRCA-related tests, we will notify you and/or your provider before performing the test.

Quest offers an easy-to-use financial assistance program that limits out-of-pocket expense to $200 for qualified patients. For patients whose income is at or below the federal poverty level, the test will be performed at $0 out-of-pocket. We also offer additional financial assistance through payment plans.
